Our helpdesk ticketing team has the FASTEST response, offering 24/7/365 monitoring and support for tickets entered at this system. It is the primary location to get the fastest service possible from Jagfly Hosting, particularly during off hours. -

Once logged in, go to the "Help and Info" menu, and then click "Support System". Then, just click "Open new Ticket" and follow the prompts. You can also email a support ticket, see below.

  • Note that this helpdesk / billing system login information is separate and distinct from your cPanel login info. If you don't have your existing password and log in info for this site it can be reset by clicking here. Password reset info will go to the email address on file where you get your Jagfly Hosting invoices.

  • If you require support for a domain but your email address is not the same as the email address on file for billing and invoices, just create a new account for yourself with the desired email address and open a helpdesk ticket as described below.

If you can no longer access your website/email or the Jagfly Hosting site, it is may be that someone at your location failed logging into one of our services too many times and was blocked access as a suspected hacking attempt. If this is the case and you can not reach the ticketing system, please email . Be sure to include the domain name of the account you need help with, and a detailed explanation of your issue so that we can start working on a solution for you as quickly as possible. Note that if you do not have an account setup on the ticketing system, or if you email support@jagfly... from a different email address than the one on file, your emailed support request may NOT reach the helpdesk team.

  • It is often recommended you submit your IP address at the time of opening your ticket, especially for lockout issues such as being unable to see your website from a specific location, this will expedite your service request. Your IP can be obtained by visiting whatsmyipaddress.net (this site is not affiliated with Jagfly Hosting).
